These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Padel Tourny (the "Service"), operated by Care with Intelligence Holdings Limited. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Padel Tourny provides software to organise and run padel tournaments, including fixture generation, score entry, standings, AI-generated commentary, and sharable tournament pages.
You must be 13 or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload content you do not have the right to upload; upload malicious files or content that infringes third-party rights; attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or its infrastructure; impersonate other individuals; or submit inaccurate tournament data intended to mislead.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (player photos, league branding, sponsor assets). You grant Care with Intelligence Holdings Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from players whose photos or personal details you upload.
When you add players to a tournament, you confirm you have a lawful basis to collect and upload their personal data. If a player asks to be removed, you must remove them promptly.
The Service uses Google Gemini to generate match commentary, coaching tips, and other creative outputs. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or occasionally inappropriate despite our filters. Treat such content as entertainment, not as authoritative advice.
We provide the Service on an "as is" basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care with Intelligence Holdings Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including loss of tournament data where that loss was not caused by our breach of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You may close your account at any time via the "Delete Account" control in your admin profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour toward the Service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
